Neverland Exists starts out with Blueboy and a Thousand Colors, a wintery collage of crisp hi hats, icy pad textures and a rich buoyant bassline. 25 & Friends is brought to life by its crystallized arpeggiated synth work while Soldier manages to deliver a bit more of a haunting groove without losing sight of its playful innocence. Wrapping things up on this excursion into Carlo's dream world is See U in Cordoba, a perfectly laid out map to return you safely wherever you came via elegantly delayed keys and more adorable chords. Jon Doe’s remix of 25 & Friends pushes to a bit darker place, as usual, keeping in full contact that bounce and harmony of the original.
